1. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or personalised items may require additional time; estimated processing times will be shown in product descriptions or communicated directly.

I do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
If there is any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
2.1 UK (Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland)
I typically use Royal Mail or a comparable courier.
Estimated delivery:

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days

Special Delivery: 1 business day (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or busy seasonal periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount (please contact me to discuss bulk or large orders)

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Mulloch.Art & Crafts. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with Scottish and UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Online & Distance Purchases)
The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after your order has been placed. You do not need to give me any reason for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order please email me: mulloch.art@yahoo.com or call me: 07359643278 (Mon – Sat, 10am-5pm) with details of your cancellation.

1.1 Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation.

Items must be unused, in their original unused condition, and in secure packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Custom or personalised orders

Made-to-order items

Digital downloads

Opened paint, craft materials, or consumables (if hygiene/safety is affected)

3. Return Shipping Costs

If you cancel for any reason within the 14-day period, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

I recommend using a tracked service as I cannot refund lost parcels.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, I will cover return postage or issue a replacement.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items (Your Legal Rights)
I take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email: mulloch.art@yahoo.com within 3 working days of receipt of your order with details and photographs so I can resolve the issue promptly. I will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. I will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Upon contact I will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for me to be able to refund your postage costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is authorised and received, refunds are issued:

6. Exchanges
I can offer an exchange for certain items, subject to availability. Please contact me to discuss options.

7. In-Person Purchases (Markets, Pop-Up Shops, Craft Fairs)
For purchases made in person:

Refunds are not required unless the product is faulty or not as described

8. Items Lost or Damaged in Return Transit
I cannot refund items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, or items lost during return shipping. Make sure to package items securely and consider a tracked service.
