I just require a photo, name, dates and any custom message if you wish.

Please note
Photo slates are a natural product which means they may contain small black spots, blemishes, dips and bumps. These are completely normal and classed as acceptable by the product manufacturers;
Some images have been slightly cropped to fit into the image preview tiles;
Any watermarks will also be removed before printing;
Colours on your screen may differ slightly to the actual print due to screen settings etc.

How to order
Once you have placed your order please send me an email detailing your order number, name, dates and attach a photo.
If you wish to include a personal message instead of "Once by my side, forever in my heart" please add this too.
Once I have this information I will design and send a proof to you for approval before I make a start on creating your item.
**Please avoid screenshotting photos where possible as this makes the photo very low quality and fuzzy. Original photos are far better quality
