Do you send a proof before making my keepsake?
Yes. Every personalised design includes a complimentary digital proof or visual for your approval before production begins. This gives you the opportunity to check the photograph, wording and layout before your keepsake is created.

How long will my order take?

Usually completed within 3 business days after your proof has been approved.
Jewellery, Collar Holders & Pet Tags
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks, as many items are made to order and some jewellery is ordered especially for your keepsake.
Can you use my pet's paw print?
Yes.
Where suitable, I can engrave paw prints onto selected jewellery and keepsakes.
Do you create keepsakes for people as well as pets?
Yes.
Although Golden Thistle Memorials was inspired by my own beloved dogs, I also create personalised memorial keepsakes for loved ones.
Can I make changes to my proof?
Absolutely.
If you would like wording, photographs or the layout changed, simply let me know before approving your proof.
Can the jewellery box be engraved?
Yes.
An engraved personalised message can be added to the jewellery presentation box for an additional £5.
Do you post throughout the UK?
Yes.
Your keepsake will be carefully packaged before being dispatched.
What can be engraved on the jewellery box?
Names, dates, short messages or meaningful quotes (space permitting).
